My meal plan: Week 1

Tomorrow I start my healthy eating plan! Basically I am changing all white bread/pasta/rice to wholegrain, eating lots of fruit and veg and including foods from my “anti-anxiety” list as often as possible. You can see the list here

Dinner Beef stew and dumplins Goulash Lamb chops, mash and veg Gammon, potatoes and veg Chicken and broccoli pasta bake Salmon, broccoli and potato bake Sandwiches

    • Thanks =) Yeah I make the granola myself, pre-made granola has so much sugar in it! I’m going to post my recipe at some point =) I’ve never heard of making yogurt before! Does it involve yeast? Hayley x
