Day 8: What is a food you enjoy that makes you feel good?
My favourite food is pizza. Now that I’m cooking my own food and sticking to my healthy eating plan as much as possible, I don’t eat pizza that often. It might sound weird but I’ve found that because I’m eating it less, when I do have it as a treat it tastes so much better! I’m also going to look into making my own pizzas with wholegrain dough. I’ve discovered that food tastes so much better when its homemade so I would love to have a go at pizza next, I’ve never made pizza dough before! If I do try I’ll let you know and if it goes well I’ll add the recipe =D
