Day 20: Has your self esteem improved with doing this challenge? If so how?
Honestly? I’m not sure. How do I know? I think that some days I have felt a boost because the prompts have had me talking about getting my black belt in karate. Writing about that made me feel proud of myself again and its reminded me that I can achieve big things when I put my mind to it! So it has definitely made me feel good about myself on some days. Overall however, I’m not sure yet. But there’s 10 days to go so ask me again later 😉
